What is a Load Link ?
A Load link is a simple and easy to use tool use for monitoring the load for a lifting application digitally.
A Little Bit More About Load Links.
Accurate and reliable tensile load monitoring devices for lifting applications and often referred to as Load Cells, Load Links are a type of tension dynamometer designed to measure the tension force exerted between two components.
Load Links are often found in heavy lifting scenarios with multiple rigging points where consistent and accurate load monitoring during the lift is always essential throughout the process.
The Load Monitoring Systems (LMS) Load Links as supplied by Prolift Handling Ltd, are suitable for many industry sectors including marine, offshore, and subsea. Due to their robustness these load links (load cells) are ideally suited to mobile applications and available as either cabled or wireless load links with a range of options.
Load Links store data for real-time and retrospective analysis. The system provides asset owners with protection against potential misuse and overload events. With our Load Links from Load Monitoring Systems your usage and overload will never be disputed again.
Depending on the application and the riggers preferences these can feature built-in displays which indicate the level of tension between the two points, often is the case that these load links are used in applications where an in-built visual display would not be visible due to distances or other limiting factors, therefore our range of load links can be wired or wirelessly monitored using a cabled or wireless digital display.
