Our Team
Prolift have 10 service engineers on the road everyday carrying out inspections, repairs and tests on all types of lifting equipment. We inspect all types of lifting equipment from chain slings and electrical hoists to jacks and material handling equipment. We also load test items such as plant machinery and certify beams and lifting points on site. Basically Prolift is a one-stop shop for all inspection, testing and repairs of all lifting equipment.
Our Equipment
At our premises in Dublin we have the very latest modern facilities and machines
including our very own test beds we can carry out destruction tests and give our customers reports. We also have a
wire rope press machine which can crimp wire rope up to 36mm.
Online Certification and Documentation System
We also offer all of our customer’s free access to our state of the art internet based test certificate system.
To access site, you are given a username and password, so all documents are completely secure. On this system all test certificates (for new equipment supplied or equipment which has been load tested) and inspection reports are stored in PDF format, so they are legal documents.
We can store reports and customize home page to cater for our customer’s needs. There is also a search engine on the site where you can type in serial number or description of item and a full history of reports on the item will appear.
